So, do it. Decide. Is this the life you want to live? Is this the person you want to love? Is this the best you can be? Can you be stronger? Kinder? More Compassionate? Decide. Breathe in. Breathe out and decide

errantcohle asked: I gave up writing a while back and I want to get back to it, but I feel like I can't. I compare my works to other people's works and end up not writing. I don't know how to stop doing it and it paralyzes me. How do I stop being such a scaredy-cat?

Where’s your competitive spirit, man?   That’s a joy of workshop, pitting my laugh lines against Monica Drake’s.  We’ve had a good-natured competition for almost 25 years.  The next time you see good work, be determined to kick its ass.

DEADPOOL - “Oh, F***K Me” (High Quality) - Here’s that test footage that has been popping up all over since it leaked at comic-con, featuring Ryan Reynolds as The Merc With The Mouth - in crisp, clear video! Looks so much better! Watch now before it gets taken down.

kenandall asked: Hey Chuck I just wanted to let you know how much I love all of your work! I'm reading Pygmy now and it's fantastic. One of my favorite bits of imagery is when you compare Chloe from fight club to Joni Mitchell's skeleton. Hilarious! Disappointed they changed it to Meryl Steep in the movie though.

chuckpalahniuk:

Fincher was thrilled to find that thin, thin actress, but she did look more like Meryl so they changed the line.  ( plot spoiler )  Chloe pops up in the sequel and plays  a very large role.
